Terms & Conditions
Reservations :
- £100 non-refundable deposit for each weekly booking
- Balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before your arrival. Reservations less than 4 weeks before arrival require the full balance to be paid on booking
- Payment by cheque or bank transfer to Eastbrae Cottages
Arrival/Departure times
- Your cottage will be ready for you at 4pm on your arrival day and vacated by 10am on your departure day
Cancellations
- If, for any reason, you have to cancel your stay with us, you must give us 21 days notice prior to your planned stay, to ensure a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

- Our cottages are non-smoking
